These are the most delicious shortbread cookies I’ve ever tasted the mix of honey and fresh rosemary and that buttery goodness is so absolutely delicious these are a must have to bake for any occasion
The recipe is from the lovely https://alexandracooks.com/2010/09/29/rosemary-shortbread-cute-parchment-paper-packages/
To make these you will need the following
INGREDIENTS2 cups (256 g) all-purpose flour
2/3 cup (134 g) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon plus 1 pinch kosher salt
1 cup (227 g) unsalted cold butter, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 1/2 tsp. honey I added a little extra honey
You want to add all of your rosemary flour sugar salt and honey and butter into a food processor and pulse until just combined
Add into a baking sheet with baking paper and then get a fork and pierce into the dough to create a blind bake
Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown on top
to make these you will need
1 cup of crushed walnuts
2 large eggs
2 cups of Wholemeal flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract
A pinch of flakey sea salt
1/4 cup of Organic maple syrup
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 cup of Melted coconut oil cooled
Optional adding walnuts on top of the muffins to bake
You want to smash your bananas up up and then add your dry mixture and then your wet mixture stir till combined

Firstly make sure your pastry is at room temp this is crucial for the dough to move in the shape you want it to be
Add your Nutella spread in between 2 pieces of puff pastry cut lines about medium thickness not to thin and not too thick add the pastry onto the skewer and add your egg wash to have that gorgeous brown colour
For the Cherry jam ones you use the same process as the Nutella ones just with jam instead
bake for 20 minutes on 160 fan forced
sprinkle some icing sugar or cinnamon sugar onto each tree
These turned out so cute I'll be making more of these over the festive holidays

To make these you will need
2 box mixes of good quality chocolate brownie mix i like to use the triple chocolate fudge ones of these brownies as you get a mix of milk white & dark chocolate throughout the brownies
6 Large Eggs
half a stick of butter melted and cooled
2 bags of Christmas m&ms
festive sprinkles
Pre heat your oven to 165 fan forced
you need to cook these brownies slow & on a low heat to cook gradually I like to do this method as you get a super soft chewy brownie as that's my favourite kind of brownie
The time to cook these would be about 1 hour and a half as I've added 2 box mixes I like to make sure all of the chocolate batter is cooked properly and you don't have a runny batter throughout
