These were such a staple in my house growing up my mum always made these delicious cookies so over the long weekend i decided to make these and they tasted exactly the same as mums.
They were easy to make

To Make these you will need
3 Cups of self raising flour sifted
1 cup of caster sugar
1 and 1 half of butter
Cream the butter and sugar until its smooth
add 3 eggs that have been whisked together
1 cup of crushed cornflakes
2 cups of corn flakes
I baked these at 170 degrees fan forced for 20 minutes until golden brown
