Fresh Prawns with Christmas leftovers & my cousins awesome German Potato Salad 

 This was my classic christmas makeup look from Christmas Day ive been obsessed with the Colourpop Its a princess thing palette and the new supershock shadow called so this is love & imagine ultra glossy lip which has tiny metallic reflects in it

Its that time of the year again where I try to make a different spin of my annual christmas brownies this year I decided to make them into Cupcakes and add some Peppermint extract for that peppermint chocolate goodness 

 To make these cupcakes you will need

2 box mix of the Zumbo Browine mix

1 whole bag of candy canes in peppermint 

1 tiny teaspoon of peppermint extract 

4 large eggs

250grams of melted butter 

Start by mixing your box mixed brownies in a bowl 

add your 4 eggs and let your melted butter cool slightly before adding 

add your smashed candy canes & your peppermint extract 

mix well 

and place into cute festive patty pans 

have them in your oven for 25 minutes on 180 fan forced oven 

Then you can add your smashed candy canes & cute little christmas candies ontop of the cupcakes 

the Santas are from Wiltons & the gingerbread men are from a baking shop online

Its that time of the year again when the body shop finally releases their new Christmas collection this years scent is very different form the previous years with this years collection being inspired by Peppermint Candy-canes Marshmallows & Berry Bon Bon

Halloween Treats are one of my favourite things to bake I like to find new things to make for this time of year plus I have some of my old recipes that I have been using for a little while now 

Candy Corn Cookies 

for these cookies you will need 

1 cup of candy corns

2 large eggs

2 box mixes of cookie dough mix mine is by Betty Crocker

Marshmallow Ghosts
1 packets of Marshmallow Ghosts I got mine from Aldi
Gel food colouring
Donuts from Krispy Kreme are one of my favourite treats

This one is my favourite to have whilst im watching some Halloween movies 

Sweet & Salty Halloween Mix 

for this you will need 

2 small bags of popcorn 

half a bag of pretzels 

half a bag of m&ms 

a cup of candy corns 

you can add some almonds or walnuts to this mix it will give it some more texture & crunch 

Krispy Kreme Donuts are one of my favourites for this season I love them they are so cute and taste delicious

When I found out that there was going to be a Disney & Colourpop collection to say I was excited was an understatement being a lover of Disney & Colourpop I was so ready to see what this collection was all about

  Dusk always have the most cutest unique little tea light candle holders for Halloween and I just couldn't resist this one as its a stunning purple colour 

The signs are from Design by Cathy at Tkmaxx 

Tkmaxx always have some super chic Pumpkins that I have been slowly accumulating over the years this one is a Stained Glass one with rose gold flecks & white 

I just love the Rae Dunn platter plate & mug

 These Pretzel Chocolate Cupcakes are the perfect little treat for any time of the day they are super easy to make 

 These are super moist all you need to make these is one box chocolate cake mix butter eggs & milk 

Colourpop have been releasing so many gorgeous new products lately and I have been wanting to try out the no filter foundation for a little while now here is my thoughts on these new face products from colourpop 

Firstly I have to say that the All Star primer & setting spray is one of the most refreshing feeling & smelling face duo's I have ever tried the primer has a very similar feel to the fenty beauty primer " which I love " but this one is just as soft & pore blurring as that one The setting spray doesn't feel sticky once it is drying it went into my skin very quickly 

The no filter foundation is in such a good sized bottle for traveling 

The consistency of the foundation is very liquid like but I really love how it dries down to a satin matte feel it docent feel heavy on the skin which is something I am looking for in a foundation at the moment with it being spring I am the shade Fair 15 in this foundation 

Over the past month I have been organising our back room into a little makeup section now that it is finally complete I can show you different decor pieces I got 

 Lipstick stained glasses are from Ikea they are so cute to store makeup brushes in 

 TKMaxx Lipstick mini canvas which retailed at $16

 Print quotes from Audrey Hepburn Coco Chanel & Marilyn Monroe are from Etsy I bought the frames from Ikea & the wall art is from BigW the wall art canvas was $25 & the photo frames were $4.99 each the Etsy artwork was $5 a piece

If you've been following my blog for a little while now you would know that I used to be obsessed with the Neutrogena Grapefruit Cleanser I was using it ever since I was about 16 now im 23 and I have noticed that my skin has changed when I would apply the grapefruit cleanser it would make my skin feel all dried up as if there was no hydration in my skin so I decided to try this Enzyme Cleanser its so soft & soothing on my skin and it has gorgeous papaya extracts that smell so refreshing it also helps in taking off makeup which is a plus 

Flower & Tonic Mask 

One of my favourites from Mario Badescu is this face mask its made from Kaolin it helps unclog your pores from dirt and the soothing botanical Balsam Peru ingredient soothes any redness or irrational you may have on your skin I always feel so refreshed after I do this mask you must apply it for 20 minutes 

Drying Drops & Buffering Lotion 

The spot treatment is made from soothing calamine & salicylic - acid which helps clear the skin of blackheads & pimples as its a beta hydroxy acid which has exfoliating & antibacterial properties 

Buffering Lotion helps your skin if there is any really tender pimples you apply this before you moisturise your skin it adds a soft texture to the skin once applied you must shake up the bottle before you apply
