Since its the 1st day of December I thought it would be a good time to try out this recipe I found on TikTok its a soft gingerbread cookie dough that is full of white chocolate chips I also added some milk chocolate chips toon
For the recipe you will need to cream the butter sugar and vanilla and molasses together
The ingredients are
2 cups of flour
Itsp ginger
Itsp cinnamon
1/4tsp nutmeg
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2cup butter
3/4c brown sugar
1/4c sugar
I egg
Itbsp molasses
Itsp vanilla extract
I cup white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips
Then fold in the chocolate chips with your wet and dry mix that has been mixed together
They need to bake for 15 to 17 minutes
at 170 fan forced
These are so delicious and soft and gooey from the chocolate chips
