This Mini Egg rocky road is full of the classic parts marshmallows jelly pieces and arnotts scotch fingers biscuits with mini eggs added into the mix for that Easter touch
In a mixing bowl add
1 bag of Allen’s lollies python mix cut up
Marshmallows broken up I used about 10
A handful of mini eggs
A packet of Arnotts scotch fingers biscuits i only had the chocolate covered ones
1 block of Cadbury milk chocolate
1 block of Aldi dark chocolate
Mix your dry ingredients with your melted chocolate add some kitkat bunnies and mini eggs crushed ontop
