Today I made some easter cupcakes for our church tomorrow its just a boxed cake mix and some cadbury mini eggs inside the batter
To make these cupcakes you need
2 box mix's of your favourite cake batter I used the Betty Crocker one
6 large eggs
80 grams of melted butter you can add more if needed
1 cup of milk
preheat your oven at 170 fan forced
bake for 15 minutes
2 Bags of Mini Eggs
The frosting was just Nutella spread and some vanilla icing mixture with some easter sprinkles and little
easter chocolates ontop to add that cute easter look.

Its that time of the year again where I try to make a different spin of my annual christmas brownies this year I decided to make them into Cupcakes and add some Peppermint extract for that peppermint chocolate goodness
To make these cupcakes you will need
2 box mix of the Zumbo Browine mix
1 whole bag of candy canes in peppermint
1 tiny teaspoon of peppermint extract
4 large eggs
250grams of melted butter
Start by mixing your box mixed brownies in a bowl
add your 4 eggs and let your melted butter cool slightly before adding
add your smashed candy canes & your peppermint extract
mix well
and place into cute festive patty pans
have them in your oven for 25 minutes on 180 fan forced oven
Then you can add your smashed candy canes & cute little christmas candies ontop of the cupcakes
the Santas are from Wiltons & the gingerbread men are from a baking shop online
