Buttermilk pancakes are a staple for our house I love using the  white wings mix as its a quick & easy way to make these delicious pancakes you can add any type of fruit or even chocolate chips to make your pancakes as you like 

To make these you will need one packet mix of pancakes I used the white wings buttermilkmix

2 Tablespoons of Coconut oil " these help the pancakes cook all the way through and not burn "

1 punnet of Blueberries & Strawberries 

1 find that if you mash up the blueberries and then add them to the buttermilk mix you get all that flavour from the blueberries throughout the pancakes
