My New Years Eve Makeup Look Featuring MAC Heroine

Hello Lovlies while most of you will be going out tonight I will be visiting my family for tonight's New Years Eve and eating my way through way to much Pizza , Cheese and Wine and other goodies.
I felt like creating a gold sparkly eye look and I've been wanting to try out my gorgeous Matte Lipstick by Mac it's in the shade called Heroine it's a very vibrant purple I fell in love with it instantly it adds a nice pop of colour to my pale skin tone I find the Mac lipsticks are so long wearing but they dont dry out your lips. So lets get into the Makeup Look.

I used my normal foundation base today which is Revloncolorstay in Ivory this is my go too foundation as it stays on for ages and hardly moves I added my pressed powder by revlon in translucent brows are always filled in with the Darkest brown matte shade in my revlon CoffeeBean quad for my eye lids I used bad to the bronze by Maybelline Eye Studio it's the perfect base for a gold eye look and it stays on all day and never moves the two eyeshadows I used where All that glitters in my inner half of my lid and then I placed a little bit of Satin Taupe in my outer eye and crease area to smoke it up a little bit
I have tried many eye pencils and I find I always come back to the Rimmel eye khol it's the best one for me and I find it never smudges off. A little bit of my new favourite bronzer by Smooch london in the shade cookie crumble its the perfect shade for light pale skin.

Then my lipstick is the gorgeous Matte purple by Mac in the shade Heroine so that's my makeup look for this New Years Eve I hope you all have a lovely night.
Happy New Year

Hello lovelies I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and ate lots of yummy goodies.

The name of the Pigments are called  Whisper Pink,  Tan, Rose, Glitter in Reigning Riches and another Pigment  called Heritage Rouge which is my favourite from this set its a dark plum colour.

Here is what the pigments set looks like
Pigment in Whisper Pink, Pigment in Tan, Pigment in Rose, Glitter in Reigning Riches and the gorgeous Heritage Rouge Pigment also how cute is the packaging.

This is a Makeup look i created using the pigment in Heritage Rouge i honestly had no idea whether to add this in my crease or all over the lid so firstly i packed my lid with my Barely Branded beige colour Maybelline Tattoo all over my lid for the Pigments to stay in place i wet my brush with a tiny bit of water and it made it really metallic and darker.
left to right Satin Taupe Eyeshadow, Herione Lipstick Ruby Woo & All That Glitters

Now onto the eyeshadows & lipsticks
I ordered Ruby Woo which is a lovely Matte Red Lipstick and Heroine Which is a Purple Plum Lipstick they are both Mattes i love the creamy constancy of the lipsticks and i think they smell like Vanilla IceCream does anyone else think they do ?

Eyeshadows from Mac
Satin Taupe is a lovely brownish purple colour its in the finish Frost i love this colour it would work with Heritage Rouge as Satin Taupe is a tiny bit lighter.

All That Glitters is such a lovely goldish colour its in the finish Veluxe Pearl this colour goes perfect over the top of  Bad To The Bronze by Maybelline Tattoo its in my Makeup look below.

1 egg
1 cup molasses
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the egg, and mix in the molasses.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Blend into the creamed mixture. Stir in the hot water. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan before serving.

This morning for breakfast I had to have some with Coffee I added some melted Nutella & Berries and it tasted so amazing.
Look at my super cute snowmen cup and plate thank you Spotlight!

Today we decided to make the cinnamon dough cookies this recipe is Gluten Free and it's made from Almond meal instead of flour.
What you need to make the cookies

2 2/3 cups finely ground almonds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/3 cup egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar to dust cookies with

Stir together the almonds, cinnamon, and lemon zest until combined.
Beat the egg whites and salt until soft peaks form. Slowly sift in the confectioner's sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is stiff. Set aside 1/3 cup of the egg white mixture for the glaze. Fold in the almond mixture.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C). Line the cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a surface that has been sprinkled with confectioners' sugar and changed it up a bit and added cinnamon sugar too roll them into tiny balls and place on the baking tray
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. When done, they will be light brown and soft in the center. Remove and cool on wire racks.
