Cherry & Pistachio Browines (Saturday Bake Days)

Hello lovelies as you can tell from the title above this post is all about Baking im a lover of  trying out new recipes for some cheeky sweet treats i always try to add new recipes in my cook book todays is one of my favourite new Brownie Recipe i came up with.

Cherry & Pistachio Brownies
over the holidays i decided to try something making Triple Fudge Brownies a little bit different so i added some glacecherries & some pistachios to my chocolately goodness i always add butter to my brownie mixes as i find it makes the brownie more decedent and smooth in texture.
Firstly for the recipe you will need
2 boxes of Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
4 Extra Large Eggs
250 grams of buttered melted
200g bag of Glace Cherries (Red)
80g of bag of Pistachios

Im doubling the mix as i have to Brownie packets as i want the brownies to be nice and chunky and not thin.
Grab a mixing bowl and add your 2 packets browine mix add your 4 eggs and 250 grams of melted butter stir well till all of it is combined Once combined add your cherries & pistachio nuts mix all together and then place in a baking pan that has been greased with a bit of soft butter.

I Added some Maltesers & some Cadbury Chocolate Chips On Top

Baking the brownies
Place your oven on 180'C (160'C Fan Forced)
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes until there is sticky crumbs ontop of the brownies when you place a skewer in the centre it should be clean.
Brownies must cool for about 20 minutes until you can take them out of the pan i always cut mine when they are still in the pan after the 20 minutes.

Enjoy & Eat the Brownies
I sometimes add some Vanilla IceCream or Some Fresh Strawberries & Blueberries or even Nutella whatever you feel like adding to your browines

Hope you enjoyed this cooking recipe food post
